Premiere: January 11[?], 1936, Metropolitan Opera, New York. Danced by American Ballet Ensemble. Conductor: Wilfred Pelletier.

Cast: VALSE: Gisella Caccialanza, William Dollar, corps de ballet. BALLET PANTOMIME: Death, Anatole Vilzak; The Good Lady, Annabelle Lyon; The Imp, Ruthanna Boris; The Knights, Dollar, Charles Laskey; The Heralds, Lew Christensen, Douglas Coudy; The Acrobats, Kathryn Mullowny, Daphne Vane, Audrey Guerard; Masked Ladies, Juggler, Musicians, corps de ballet.

Note: The first performance of the 1936 revival of La Juive occurred on January 11; the printed program does not credit dancing. Balanchine's choreography may have been inadvertently omitted from the program, or may have been added to the production later, as listed in the program of January 20, 1936. The casting given here is from the program of a Grand Concert of the Metropolitan Opera on January 12, at which the ballets from La Juive were performed.
