Music: By Raie da Costa, orchestrated by De Caillaux.

Choreography: By George Balanchine.

Production: Production supervised by Anton Dolin. Costumes by Phyllis Dolton, executed by Sims.

Premiere: September 2, 1929, Anton Dolin with Anna Ludmila and Company, Coliseum, London. Conductor: Alfred Dove.

Cast: Anton Dolin, Anna Ludmila.

Note: Anton Dolin formed a small company after the death of Diaghilev on August 19, 1929. For an engagement at the London Coliseum the troupe performed five numbers (of which the Balanchine pas de deux was the fifth) on a variety program with eleven other acts.
