Production: Scenery and costumes by K. Korovin.

Premiere: December 3, 1930, Royal Danish Ballet, Royal Theater, Copenhagen. Conductor: Victor Schiøler.

Cast: Prince Igor, Richard Jensen; Khan Kontchak, Albrecht Delfs; Polovtsian Warrior Chief, Karl Merrild; 16 Polovtsian Warriors; 13 Polovtsian Women; 17 Captured Persian Women; The Khan's Warriors; Polovtsian Women; Boys.

Note: Balanchine appeared twice in the role of the Warrior Chief as guest artist in later performances.
