Choreography: By William Dollar and George Balanchine.

Premiere: March 8, 1936, American Ballet Ensemble, Metropolitan Opera, New York. Conductor: Wilfred Pelletier. Pianist: Nicholas Kopeikine.

Cast: MAESTOSO: Gisella Caccialanza, Rabana Hasburgh, Kathryn Mullowny, Yvonne Patterson, Daphne Vane, Annia Breyman; LARGHETTO: Holly Howard, Charles Laskey, William Dollar; ALLEGRO VIVACE: Leda Anchutina, Elise Reiman, Helen Leitch, Lew Christensen, corps de ballet.

Note: Balanchine choreographed the LARGHETTO.
